Megan Romano has a lengthy resume of opening restaurants and bars across the country from New York, Palm Beach, Healdsburg, Reno and Las Vegas. Having worked with some of the country's most innovative culinary talent such as, Chef Charlie Palmer, Charlie Trotter and Gray Kunz, Romano was part of the team that designed, operated and managed over a dozen award-winning restaurants. Chef Romano has been a featured chef at the James Beard House NYC, a Michelin-Star restaurant pastry chef, named "Best Pastry Chef" in Las Vegas, featured in Bon Apetit, M Magazine, Wine Spectator, Runners' World, FX Bad Ink, cookbook author of "It's A Sweet LIfe" and founding chef/owner of Chocolate & Spice Bakery, Urban Kitchen, Salted Caramel Cafe and Ninas Tacos & Tequlia.
Joseph Romano with over 25 years experience in the Food & Beverage and Hospitality industry has operated casinos, restaurants, bars, taverns and taken companies public. Romano has created a number of successful concepts that have been the conner stone of communities. Romano’s back round also includes knowledge in accounting, Human Resources, system setups, purchasing, training, development and start ups..

RAFAEL LIZARRAGA: Since 1994, Rafael's photography portfolio includes international publishers, magazines, digital media, and cookbooks. His passion for food photography was sparked following his time working with Chef Julia Child for Macy's and Jacques Pepin for ICE.
LINDSEY GEDDES: In 2009, Lindsey was honored by her peers to be voted one of the top five best new sommeliers in Wines & Spirits magazine while receiving her Court of Master Sommeliers Advanced designation on the first attempt. In 2014 Lindsey became the world's 21st female Master Sommelier.
