Chef Romano has a lengthy resume of opening restaurants across the country from Manhattan, Palm Beach, Healdsburg, Reno and Las Vegas. Having worked with some of the country's most innovative culinary talent such as, Chef Charlie Palmer, Charlie Trotter andGray Kunz, Romano was part of the team that designed, operated and managed a dozen award-winning restaurants. Chef Romano has been a featured chef at the James Beard House NYC, a Michelin-Star restaurant pastry chef, named "Best Pastry Chef" in Las Vegas, featured in Bon Apetit, M Magazine, Wine Spectator, Runners' World, FX Bad Ink, cookbook author of "It's A Sweet LIfe" and founding chef/owner of Chocolate & Spice Bakery.
Romano is currently excited to be focusing on consulting for two restaurant concepts, "Urban Kitchen" and "Salted Caramel Cafe" in downtown Bozeman Montana due to open May 1st 2017.
